ACWSParticipantHad my first lunch from Chaco Canyon. Fantastic Mighty Mofo (vegan Reuben) -I’m not vegan but this is a great, flavorful sandwich – side salad with a zippy dressing, and a coyboy cookie. Wonderful to have this in WS.

SueParticipantWe love Chaco Canyon and I’ve been there 3 times now since they opened. Used to go when up in the U District, but much more convenient being a few blocks from home!
We just went there earlier this week for my birthday dinner and I loved the raw cilantro pesto pizza. Their macadamia ricotta “cheese” was wonderful. My husband (who is not vegan, or even vegetarian) loves it there and is often the one to suggest it. I could live off their lentil burger. I love having more vegan options for meals in West Seattle.

BlendParticipantWe love it there. I think we are going to go broke but at least we are healthy!

breanna43MemberBeen there twice and LOVED the hot Artichoke Pate sandwich. Really. It’s soooo good. And the staff there is A+. I was really impressed with both of my dining experiences there. Great addition to West Seattle. I’ll go often.

hammyMemberWe just went in to Chaco Canyon and enjoyed it. I had the Mighty Mofo and it is flavorful and filling. There is a great children’s play area with train table, books, legos, play house. I like the play area because it is separated from the main dining area by a raised bar with bar stools. Prices are not inexpensive. We thought it was a little spendy for lunch for our family of two adults and two toddlers(meaning we cannot justify going back for lunch and having sandwiches at $12 each and kid’s hot dog $6 with no sides). We would definitely go again for dinner or for one of their interesting drink choices during the day. There really is something on the menu for most people. The waitstaff is friendly and helpful and the decor is bright and cheery. This is probably my favorite West Seattle restaurant now and I would definitely go more often if I had the cash.
