Antoinette, who I assume is the manager at West 5, graciously responded to a gripe I had about the cut off time for happy hour. Was very apologetic, educated her staff on optimum customer service and sent me a $20 gift certificate as a way to thank me for my business. You can bet I’m going to be one of their loyal customers, and spread the word, that not only does their food and happy hour rock, but so does their concern and appreciation for their customers!
