I hear little feet scampering above my head at night and I’m thinking I have guest(s) (of the long tail variety) living in my attic.

John, who owns Adept Pest. Sounds like you may have roof rats. John will recommend practical measures using IPM principles, rather than going straight to expensive and dangerous poisoning programs. He did rodent exclusion on my old house, sealed up every nook and cranny. Haven’t had a problem since. Smart guy with a lot of integrity and doesn’t overcharge. Search the blog, you’ll find a ton of raves.

You will probably need to remove insulation and replace. Clean Crawls was great for me.
