WSBKeymasterIf you haven’t gotten it already … one way to do it is to use the King County Parcel Viewer (too long a URL to paste here, just google it) and search for California/Atlantic intersection, then click on the site, and usually if you choose the property detail report, it will show you the name of the apartments as well as who owns ’em.. guidosmomMemberThanks! It is the Park Hamilton Apartments. The reason I was asking is I was live by here, and was walking my dog by this afternoon when a huge water balloon went flying down, really fast, missing me by a few feet. I didn’t think much of it, but it was going REALLY fast and had it hit my small dog it probably would have injured him. I went home, told my partner about it, we walked near by again and saw a male and female, perhaps in their mid 20s, throwing water balloons at people and cars passing by from the 3rd story. Had this been kids I would have not thought much, but this could have caused an accident. My partner confronted them and they acted like they could care less, and continued to throw balloons. I was going to report it to the apartment manager. Thanks for the info!

MargLMemberWell that’s a good reason to call 911. You do not throw stuff at passing cars.

WSBKeymasterSecond on the 911 call. We have written in recent months about a couple of police reports filed regarding water balloons tossed at passing cars, and while a few people wrote comments suggesting, hey, lighten up, that’s just child’s play, authorities would absolutely disagree with that one, as would those involved in some situations we found reported in other states where injury or death resulted because someone got into an accident when startled by what was thrown at them. — TR

guidosmomMemberReally? I had not thought to call that! I actually tried calling the non emergency line and got no answer, so I was just going to call the apartment manager. If it happens again I’ll call 911 (as long as they are aiming at cars).
