MightyOMemberMighty-O Donuts is a small company with a focused, growth strategy. We respect individuals, community and culture and we’re making a difference by using organic ingredients and sustainable products. And we are passionate about what we do. If this resonates with you, then Mighty-O Donuts wants you on our team!
We are in growth mode and are currently looking for Production Bakers and Bakery Helpers. If you love small, team environments and can work independently once trained, let us know.
As a Production Baker, you’ll have at least one year of experience with bakery production, including handling dough and batters. If you have a general understanding of basic organic food principles — that’s a plus. There’s some heavy lifting of about 50 lbs and you’ll be standing for most likely, eight hours at a time. Some of your essential responsibilities will include mixing batters, finishing donuts, packaging and boxing orders and cleaning of the kitchen. Make sure your Food Handler’s permit is current.
As a Bakery Helper, some of your essential responsibilities will include cleaning the kitchen, organizing the bakery, prep and stock pre-production items, and assisting the baker with donut finishes. Doing this job well could lead to a Production Baker role at Mighty-O.
We have full-time Production Baker shifts available in the Wallingford café from 2am to 10:30am and part-time Bakery Helper shifts in the Wallingford café starting anytime from 5am and 7am and finishing around noon, depending on when you start.
If you have a great attitude, are self-motivated, highly organized, committed to quality and consistency, and have a desire to be a part of a growing organization, you’ll fit right in. We look forward to hearing from you!
Email Mark jobs@mightyo.com with your resume.
