I’m making calls on behalf of a candidate. If you don’t want to be contacted, ask to be taken off the list. If you just hang up on me, it’s a “no contact” and I’ll just call again later.

Where’s the fun in that? You’re barging into my personal life, the least you could let me do is hang up on you. I have also found that asking to be taken off the list does no good, the calls just keep coming. No wonder land lines are becoming a thing of the past.

Also, they track whether you’ve voted. The calls drop off markedly after you vote.
