I have no idea what “structures environmental education” is so my answer could only be “never.” You may end up with skewed data if that is supposed to mean something other than structures environmental education.

I think most people will get that Question 5 is supposed to be

“When do you believe structured environmental education should begin?”.

Still worth editing the survey, if that’s possible once it is started.
