I just spent 2 days at a State conference of Pre-K through 3rd grade. It was inspiring to know that there are people at the State level who can make decisions that KNOW that what happens for this age (3 to 8 year olds) NEEDS to be different-it needs to look dffferent, behave different, test/teach and assess different. I feel hopeful about the future of public education. WA State has the right people at the right time in the right positions to really make a difference.
What are we going to do to make sure we don’t miss this oppertunity?
