MargLMemberI had a seriously sprained ankle several years ago and ended up getting physical therapy thru Highline Therapy Services. http://www.highlinept.com/
Their West Seattle office is practically right across the street from West Seattle Physical Therapy – kinda weird and I’m sure causes a bit of confusion as I walked into that office first looking for my appointment :-)
Anyway – the folks at Highline were really able to help me regain flexibility, mobility and a lot less pain. Very nice to work with!

C-HawksParticipantTim Newton at Sound Physical Therapy on Delridge is a great physical therapist. I worked with him a few years ago and he is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Best of luck!!

ErikParticipantBDG –
And if your friend wants to take her functioning to a higher level once she’s done with PT, my Feldenkrais Center will be opening sometime in October in the Admiral district.
