We are a small neighborhood physical therapy clinic who is seeking an organized and friendly Patient Care Coordinator with experience providing courteous and efficient client service. The PCC is our first point of contact and manages all aspects of booking appointments. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to managing patient visits, insurance verifications, answering and addressing phone calls and emails. If you have a knack for customer service, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you help create a pleasant experience for our patients, therapists, and local community.
Must Haves:
Strong attention to detail
Great initiative and willingness to ask questions
Ability to prioritize projects and streamline daily responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email systems
Job Types: Full-time
$20-$24/hr depends on experience.
Days: Mon – Thur currently
