ABOUT US

• Clean Slate is a locally owned, professional residential and commercial cleaning company.

• Work comes first, yet we like to have fun.

THE POSITION

• Base starting pay is $12-$15/hr depending on experience. There is a 2 week probationary period. We offer raises for good performance and consistency. At one year, our staff are earning anywhere from $15 – $18/hr + tips, bonuses, and lots of respect.

• We start our day, on average, anytime from 8am – 10am and sometimes we get done at 3pm, other times as late as 6pm on some occasions. Ability to have a flexible schedule on the days you work is a must. Approximately 15 – 25 hours per week. Limited weekend work is available as well.

• Clean Slate is a new business that is rapidly expanding, so we are looking for individuals who would like to grow with the company. There will be many opportunities for advancement.

ABOUT YOU

• You have a reliable vehicle and are able to share driving responsibilities with co-workers and carry cleaning supplies in it.

• A driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Able to pass a background check and have 3 reliable references.

• Enthusiastic about working hard! You MUST have the endurance capability of being on your feet for 6 – 8 hours and ENJOY it.

• You ideally have prior experience as a cleaner.

• Extremely detail oriented. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of service, which is what sets us apart from other companies.

• Ability to read and complete a task list, follow specific guidelines for cleaning, and work cohesively in a team.

• Must have a customer service background and be polite, respectful, and communicative in interacting with co-workers and clients.

• You want to be part of a growing business, are passionate about the service industry, and have a willingness to learn and represent Clean Slate in a professional manner.
