Although “green builder” or “eco-home” can mean many different things, it generally does not mean simply incorporating a little reclaimed lumber while at the same time ignoring best practices, using sub-standard equipment, polluting the ground water with oil, denuding the land or engaging in other environmentally adverse activities.
