There’s an official “missing animal” article on the WSB pets page, but in case you missed it, please take a look and call us if you see him. His brother and sister katskys are pining and yowling.

AnonymousInactiveI hate when this happens. Please let us know the minute he gets home.

missaudreyhorneParticipantAw, Charla, that sucks! We’ll keep an eye out up here of course! Hope he gets home soon.

JenVMemberany news on Katsky, charla??
September 14, 2008 at 5:26 pm #639097
charlabobParticipantNope–no sightings; his brother, spot katsky just walks around the house yowling (so noam should be able to hear him from far away) :-)
Last time he high-tailed it home the next day when he discovered outdoors wasn’t as much fun as he remembered. This time he’s clearly playing harder to get.

JenVMembermy kitty is also a former feral – she got out once and did the same thing. I hope he comes home soon.

AimParticipantWhat can we do to help, Charla?
Have you put out a live trap in case he’s coming sniffing around home at night?
September 14, 2008 at 5:38 pm #639100
JoBParticipanti suspect the walker bugged him… some animals really don’t like any change in routine.
he’s a smart cat and knows where his food bowl lives.. tho he may use the cat’s next door for a while so perhaps you should be watching for him there.
September 14, 2008 at 7:55 pm #639101
charlabobParticipantYup, he had to tolerate workers, walkers, noise, strangers…enough is enough! Can’t really use a trap because the neighbor’s cat, Luther, who lives outdoors, would go in it to sleep. (JoB, I suspect if Noam tried to get Luther’s food, you’d hear the battle in fauntleroy.)
If it would help to look for him, I’d ask — but he has to decide when to come back. I’ll let you know. And thanks, as always!

charlabobParticipantJenV, you were right — Bob spotted Noam behind our neighbor’s shed TONIGHT. We have renewed hope … we’re hoping he sees it that way too :-)

JoBParticipanti told yu he is one smart cat… i wonder if you contained the other cats and left the back door open… maybe he would come on in.

charlabobParticipantThank you, all — it would be hard to explain the derivation of the katsky clan without a Noam. :-)
