Need Garden Weeder Referral

Looking for a referral for someone to weed on a bi-weekly basis. We have no lawn, just beauty bark and plants. We have had bad luck on just hiring someone, so we are looking for someone we can trust to come over [even when we aren’t home] and take care of pulling the weeds and was hoping Not to pay $50 an hour type of rate we have been seeing. We are in the Fauntleroy area. Currently, we need to weed, lay down Preen and then get a new layer of bark put on, then starts the bi weekly weeding. Any referrals would be appreciated.

We have had tremendous success with Al Semple. almco@aol.com We discuss with him what we need and then, whether we are home or not, he comes when he says he will and does a fantastic job. Completely trustworthy and a very hard worker.
