I need more than just a handyman because that’s kind of what I am around here. I need an independent, skilled carpenter/builder type to replace an old style basement door with a new, probably pre-hung type. The old one was damaged during some recent plumbing work and it was probably time for something more weather tight anyway. I’m guessing the old frame and door will have to come out so I need someone with experience anchoring door frames to concrete walls. Thanks in advance!
