I’ve had a difficult time finding a contractor for a small remodel project in our west seattle home. I;m hoping to get your recommendations.

The project involves a little demolition, a little drywall, and a small bit of electrical and gas plumbing.

Ideally, I’d like a contractor that does a little of all of these things, rather than a general contractor that hires out each step of the process. It’s a really small job, but using a general contractor for it would up the pricetag significantly.

    Please give me your recommendations!!

    Thanks! -Gabby

Hey Gabby! If your still looking for a contractor I’ve got to recomend my husband!! J&M Remodel and Repair. His name is Justin and he is awsome at what he does, I think his scope of work would really fit what you are looking for. Check out http://www.jandmremodel.com or give him a ring at 206-915-5667, he’d be happy to swing by and give you a bid for your project.

Hi! If you’re still looking, my husband is a small local contractor. He can do everything from put a hinge on a door to a complete remodel. He’s licensed, bonded, insured and registered with L&I. His name is Jimmy (206)310-4986. The company name is Yankee Construction. He has great references too!

Ed Novion: 206-551-5161. I am not married to him, didn’t date him or his son. He worked for us and did a Great job. He’s a General Contractor that carried both plumbing and electrical licensing. Highly recommended.
