MegMemberI’m looking for a space to hold a weekly daytime (currently scheduled for Wed. 12-2pm, but that’s flexible) drop-in support group for new parents. We need space for 15-20 people. The group is nonprofit with a suggested donation (collecting donations means we can’t use libraries). Any suggestions?

WSBKeymasterCheck with:
Senior Center of West Seattle
Highland Park Improvement Club
This is kind of an odd play but The Grove (renovated motel in The Triangle) was fixing up a meeting room when last I talked to them months ago.
Search the site for meeting space forum or meeting room forum – I know we’ve had these discussions before.
good luck – TR

celeste17ParticipantOur Lady of Guadalupe has meeting rooms available. Call the church and they can give you more information. http://www.olgseattle.org

MegMemberThanks for all the suggestions! Keep ‘um coming! I checked out the Senior Center today, possible, thought the hours they have availble might not work for us. No on the libraries, because they do not allow you to collect donations.
If you think your organization might have a good space for us, but want to know more, you can check out our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/earlydaysws
Thanks again for everyone’s help!
