We’ve got a home in the 98116 area and would like to work with a realtor who’s also a fellow west Seattleite, and are asking for your recommendation(s).
Ideally someone who has lived around here for a number of years and knows the area, the market and such.
Someone who you have worked with in the past and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again is the type of person we’d like to hear about.
Thanks in advance for your input,
Enjoy…June 5, 2015 at 9:12 am #824668
Beth Britt and Jonn McYnturff of the John L. Scott Westwood office. They handled the sale of our previous home and the purchase of this one here in the 98116 zip. I can’t imagine a realtor doing a better job at both ends of the sale.

I recommend Gini Johnson and her team: https://www.facebook.com/The.Johnsons.Real.Estate
The owner of the company I work for has had a great working relationship with her for years and she and her team have been highly rated:June 5, 2015 at 8:06 pm #824670
grog: I bought and sold a couple houses in 98116 with Scott Monroe…. here’s an old thread with my recommendation: He’s still the best in my book!June 6, 2015 at 10:55 pm #824671
I second the recommendation for Gini Johnson and the Johnson team. Gini lives in West Seattle and helped us with our house. Great people!June 10, 2015 at 12:20 am #824672
I would highly recommend Dale Wampler at ReMax Junction. He is a West Seattle resident and is very knowledgeable about the market. I have used him in the past and referred him to several people who have all been very happy with him. http://www.dalewampler.remax-pacificnorthwest.com/remaxpnw/index.asp?p=professionalprofile.aspJuly 17, 2020 at 7:23 pm #983358
Adding a current experience to this thread. I just sold my West Seattle townhouse with Scott Monroe and Molly Kemper. The transaction was incredibly smooth even with all the craziness of 2020. They understood the process top to bottom and were incredibly helpful strategizing how to be competitive in an uncertain market. Highly recommend!July 20, 2020 at 12:24 pm #983535
