In WA low voltage cable installers work under (or are) licensed electricians. Most electricians can give you an estimate. Get several.

Also cable and dish installers usually offer free install (and those can be quite extensive) along with 2 year contracts.

I got a 4 room install from dish for free. Two rooms on each floor and one on each end of the house.
