I am a West Seattle homeowner looking for a sublet/house sit/rental situation April/May/June 2026, walking distance to the water.

I would consider a private suite in a house or a petsitting situation if there was some flexibility/backup as I will be traveling some weekends.

I also have a home in rural Northern Wisconsin which could be offered as an partial exchange.
