KenParticipantHydronic heating is not new. Who is the mfg? It should have a boiler with a name plate on it.
Brennen heating and AC does most hydronic systems and there are dozens more in the Seattle area. Your builder has to have left you the warranty info if it is new construction. The seller should have left it as well if it is not new.

fleeceandfireParticipantThe company that did the installation is no longer in business (it is not new construction and I am not the original owner) and I have been told by three different companies today that they do not service this kind of system and heard the same message form a few others last time I had an issue.
The only MFG information I have is on the water heater and not the entire system. Hoping for a recommendation as my own searching hasn’t come up with much and the West Seattle Blog has never disappointed me when it comes to the recommendation page.
Are you recommending Brennen?

KenParticipantI have a whole house hydronic system and Brennen rebuilt it several years ago and divided the existing system into zones so I could better regulate the heated spaces with multiple thermostats. They have their own plumbers, electricians and pipe fitters and sell and instal
a variety of systems.

Robert2715ParticipantI use Advanced Radiant Technology to service my hydronic system. They can be reached at (206) 783-4315.

fleeceandfireParticipantI went with Seattle Plumbing Company (Evan Conklin Plumbing & Heating) and their web site referred to the exact system and issues I have been having. Anthony Reyes was here this morning and immediately knew the system (this is the fourth “specialist” I’ve had to my place) and troubleshooting with quick and efficient. Their hourly rate is higher than others but the were professional and quick and I will call them again if I have heating issues in the future.
