High speed traffic scofflaws

What used to be rare is becoming common. Travelling westbound on the WS Bridge, a fast moving BMW 7 series flies up at about 90 mph, weaving through traffic but eventually has to slow because traffic is heavy. His license plate is impossible to read because it has a tinted cover over it. I thought these covers were a citeable offense but I’m finding them everywhere now. Some are worse than others. This one was impenetrable to light.

ah, yes. The special, the privileged. They live among us, scoff at the rest of us playing by the rules
