I saw the one that went by about 20 minutes ago. Flew from Vashon headed east. Unlike last night, did not appear to be participating in something else.
I said this on FB but will say again here. I checked on the ones at noon. They were NOT law enforcement, according to KCSO, which operates the only law enforcement choppers around here. I was out of the area at the time but my suggestion/suspicion is that the noon chopper/s might have been TV following up on the Top Hat crash.
