Hair coloring for 15 year old

My 15 year old daughter is looking for hair color..she’s had some coloring done a few months ago and needs to have some of it retouched/redone. i’m looking for recommendations for balayage/low lighting that isn’t going to use her entire college fund….anyone?

They do balayage at Ola Salon. We have been very happy with the cut and color my daughter and I had done on Saturday. Ross is, in a word, BRILLIANT!
