JustSarahParticipantYep, twice; first in January 2010 (apartment to condo rental move, fourth floor in each case), then again in July 2011 (condo to purchased house). The customer service was incredible. The boxes are great; they stack so easily and hold so much. The dolly they provide is perfect for stacking those boxes about four high. They provide labels and everything. Delivery and pick-up were both right on time both times, and the driver was very personable and helpful.
Also, a hidden benefit is that since it costs money to keep the boxes longer, there’s a major motivation to unpack things ASAP. ;-) Plus, even while the boxes are still sitting around unpacked, it all looks less chaotic than random cardboard boxes.
My husband’s favorite part was the lack of cardboard cuts. And no running out to Target at 10 PM for another roll of packing tape.
Seriously, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Well worth the up-front cost, which some balk at. Let me know if you have questions, but I cannot recommend them highly enough.

CMPParticipantI used them for my last move and it was really helpful. I had a coupon from my Chinook Book for $25 off and then the guy showed up late so I asked if he’d deduct the delivery fee (hey, I read reviews on Yelp so at least I knew to ask!) so it turned out to be super cheap and stress-free. I got 25 boxes and ended up not using maybe three boxes because I already had some Rubbermaid storage containers too. And as SarahScoot mentions, the best part is it forces you to unpack quickly and you look somewhat organized with matching boxes!

miwsParticipantWhat a cool concept!
And of course, those of us who have worked in retail and other jobs that use those totes, are doing the old “Coulda had a V-8!” forehead slap wondering why we didn’t come up with the idea!
