Thought I’d offer to the WSBers first. We have a garage door opener that works perfectly well. It is the chain kind. The only downfall to it is you can’t (as far as I know) set it up to work with a remote garage door opener, which is why we got a new one. hcrea at gonzaga dot edu if you want more info or just want it! :-)
