there are many folks that are good at this, I recommend Oak Floors Of Greenbank first.

When it’s all done, report back as to price, service, quality of work, etc., as that’s something I’m looking at, too, if I can figure out what to do with the furniture.

Oak Floors of Greenbank did our floors back in May. They took some very botched up floors that had been attacked by a DIY type and made them BEAUTIFUL. We plan to bring them back to do the kitchen and upstairs when we are ready.

I met with them yesterday and they were great. They have a square foot minimum price so we’re going to have the entire house done at once. (two bedrooms, living area and hall ~ less than 1000 sf). We’re going to wait until the first of the year. Now I just need advice on where to put the furniture while this is happening.
