Figs?

Last year I met a lovely woman through the blog who let us come and pick from her heavily loaded fig tree.

Sadly I can’t find the emails I thought we exchanged. I hope she’s still reading the blog and knows how we’d love to help her if she has a surplus of figs again this year.

My kids ate through the jam I made with them in no time last year and keep asking when I’ll make more.

I have a huge fig tree and have no idea what to do with figs, or when they are ripe. I would love suggestions or even a goo website to learn?

Pamela’s figs are delicious…and she doesn’t like figs…so go get ’em !!! :)
