Driving back to the island this afternoon from the NorthEnd was long, slow and a bit hair-raising at times. When I got onto the WS bridge, there were buses and cars stopped and blocking traffic, etc.
However, most folks were keeping good distance between cars, using turn signals, great merging, and just being completely courteous.
[A little gray car with a young man and woman waved me in front of them so I could merge into one lane around 2 cars stopped on the bridge. They smiled and waved happily to let me into their lane and out of the blocked lane – Thank you!]
Common courtesy does wonders…thank you graycarpeople!
