So, we were visited by ICON Security yesterday. Guy seemed green and non-threatening, but still “iffy”….

Apparently it’s a real company that hires college kids for door-to-door sales and some install work….
I told the guy point blank I’d heard they might not be legit and wanted to see a business card asap. He didn’t have one – which now makes more sense – but he did show me a brochure with that website.
Anyway, we have another company and are perfectly happy (note our big sign in the yard, oh well). So, probably harmless but still I encourage you to not open your door wide to show a part-timer all your household goodies! :)
