Donations of Medical Equipment

I have some medical equipment that I am happy to give away to individuals or donate to an organization that will pick them up. I have nice, clean items: two tub seats, commode, toilet seat, and a nice wheelchair (it does not fold).

If you have any ideas on charities that pick up, please let me know. the cmty of the blind does not accept these types of items.

I also have a huge down sectional couch that I want to sell. I don’t want to mess with C. LIst. Any other ideas? Or places I can donate it to -that will pick up?

Jen…if you’re looking to donate the couch, try Sharehouse http://www.thesharehouse.org They will gladly come pick up a useable household item and they use it to furnish homes for the homeless. It’s a great organization.

I’m not sure if they’d be interested in the medical things, though. You might ask…
