One of the families that the Windermere offices in West Seattle have adopted is in housing after being homeless and their needs go beyond presents and a holiday meal.

If you are decluttering and looking for a good home for your excess stuff, this is an excellent choice. Pick up of items can be arranged (call Cori 206-935-7200).

Used is fine (in good/working condition) ~ new is even better.

    Mom & 3 Daughters – 11, 3, 2.

    1. Broom

    2. Dust Pan

    3. Mop

    4. Vacuum

    5. 2 Shower curtains

    6. Shower Curtain Hooks (enough for 2)

    7. Pots & Pans

    8. Silverware

    9. Glasses

    10. Dishes

    11. Towels & Wash Cloths

    12. Area Rugs (4 – One for the living room, one for each bedroom?)

    13. Blankets for all Four Beds (Maybe some for snuggling up too)

    14. Couch

    15. End Table/s

    16. Coffee Table

    17. Lamp (s)

    18. Kitchen Table/4 Chairs

    19. 3 Twin Beds (bunk beds would have to separated, children are very young to sleep on top bunk)………………………….(Mattress & Box Springs)

    20. Full/Queen bed……………………..(Mattress & Box Springs)

    21. 3 Dressers (with drawers)

    22. Night stand (2 would be nice – one for mom & one for 11 year old

If you have any of these items or know someone who does, & want to donate, it would be much appreciated. Please call Seda at 206-937-7600 & let us know what items you have or with any questions (to avoid duplications.

Thank you for helping make this new West Seattle family feel loved. And Happy Holidays!

It’s the basics that really make a house feel like home. This is a great cause, I’ll see what I can do!

We’re donating the Queen Bed and maybe some dishes/glasses and I can transport with my Jeep. If anyone has anything else to go that can fit in my Jeep – let me know and I’ll p.u on my way there.
