Desperately Seeking a Decent Pharmacy

Can someone please recommend a decent/well run pharmacy in West Seattle where I can get prescriptions filled correctly, and in a timely manner? Bartell’s is just Rite-Aid, and after numerous negative experiences at three different Rite-Aid locations (was given inaccurate directions by the pharmacist on how to take my Rx – dangerous), I’m desperate to find a pharmacy I can trust that employs smart people and, most importantly, has a smart, educated, and caring pharmacist on staff. Thank you!

I agree with your frustration, several years ago I used the Bartells in Jefferson Square and they were always making mistakes. There’s nothing personal left since Pharmaca moved out. Now I live further south and use CVS in Burien on 160th. They refill promptly and have a drive up window.

I use the QFC pharmacy (Gene Fiedler Chevrolet site) and have never had any issues.

I found that the Safeway on California near Admiral works well, they usually get my prescriptions filled in a reasonable amount of time and they haven’t messed up any of my orders (to my memory)
