Position Summary
The Customer Service/Sales Specialist assists with the day-to-day operations of the business. This person supports Zelda Zonk’s vision by providing an outstanding customer experience and has a stellar work ethic. The most important responsibility of this position is to enhance and strengthen our customer relationships.. The Sales Specialist follows merchandising standards and maintains a clean and organized sales floor.
This is a part-time position reporting directly to the owner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately process sales transactions
Process inventory proficiently
Complete daily tasks and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Restock displays as needed
Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Must have basic math skills and prior experience handling currency
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in an organized manner
Must be able to work independently efficiently
Must be available to work weekends
