As many students return to school this month we are calling attention to the numbers of students who are being left behind – we have organized a discussion and information sharing forum on the dire state of our education system and we hope you’ll join us tonight for this important event.

WHO: Teachers, parents, education advocates, students and those interested in making a difference.

WHAT: Education Nation Seattle “Meetup” – An opportunity to have a lively and constructive discussion around the state of education in our area and what we can do locally as a community –and as individuals – to improve education for our kids.

    The program will include:

•Clips and videos from recent news coverage and interviews about education in America

•Organized discussion topics and an interactive question & answer period

    WHEN: Tuesday, September 28, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. PST
