Why don’t you just ask your questions directly on the Blog? I think the lack of response is due more to people being suspicious of outside links (including surveymonkey) than of a reluctance to help.
Taking a hint from your link, I would say that IMO an edgy (or other) gallery would be fabulous in WS. Think Roc LaRue; the owners live in WS. I would love to see an expanded art scene in WS, taking over from Pioneer Square – which seems to have lost it’s mojo.
