Thought I would post this after reading the cash and carry thread. It is another place on my weekly shopping stop.
I promise you will never want to buy bread at the store again. They make a lot of the bread you see at the grocery. spelt, wholegrain, sourdough, white, bagels, english muffins you name it they have it.
5 loaves for $4 on one rack. 10 for $10 on another.
LOL! Didn’t see this until after I posted on the C&C thread. Great deals on breads, and starting May 11, they will take credit cards. Franz Bakery. They sell the San Juan loaves, bagels 3/$5, muffins 4/$5, SJ loaves are 3/$5. All products are same day products that were overstock deliveries in stores that day. Their day old stock is about 50-75% off. Great stuff! 6th Ave about 2/3 blocks north of WS bridge on west side.
If you’re going to Gross Out (cute nickname), you might as well go a little further east on 152nd and visit Wayne’s for great prices on meat, produce and Asian & Hispanic food products.
