Architect design recommendation- attic remodel

Hello! My husband and I would like to work with an architect to discuss options for building out our second floor attic by adding dormers to create additional living space. We are also interested in adding a staircase to this newly created space. Any recommendations? We are looking for someone or some company with experience with second floor remodels.

We are located in North Seattle not West Seattle and hoping that is not an issue. We may not tackle the project for another 1-3 years but wanted to get an idea of what is possible and a cost estimate.

I highly recommend Leo Smith, 206 790 4087. Leo is a wonderful Architect, with great skills. I have worked with him for almost ten years, and currently have three projects with him.
