BonnieParticipantWe need to have some small work done and need someone to troubleshoot and fix. Anybody have any recommendations?

funkietooParticipantContact Ventana Construction @ 932-3009. They can probably give you a couple of excellent names.

ghar72ParticipantWe’ve used Mark Kessler for a couple of small jobs. Great guy! Affordable too. He doesn’t charge you to come out and assess the job, like other companies do. Recently I had a freak out moment about electrical wires and I called Mark to ask his opinion. He was happy to chat with me, no charge of course.

AdmiralJanewayParticipantI second Mark Kessler. We had a small job last summer and called Mark based on the recommendations on WSB. After describing the problem, he was able to schedule us in the same day.

BonnieParticipantThank you everybody! I will have my husband call Mark Kessler today.

BonnieParticipantDoes anybody else have another referral? While Mark Kessler is probably awesome he’s not returning my husbands calls or emails so we’d like to get another name. Thanks!

SeattlePorcupineMemberTry Brad at Expert Electric ((206-890-0014; http://www.expertelectric-us.com/). He re-wired my house and has also done some small jobs as well. I would highly recommend him.

BonnieParticipantThank you! I will pass his name along to my husband.

rhiwiParticipantYes! We always use Rob Koch. He and Rob Grefsrud make up Wired. Their number is 206.617.2554. Rob has done small and bigger jobs for us. Fast, affordable, quality work from a really nice man.

timeslidParticipantI wholeheartedly second Expert Electric. Brad helped me out in a timely and inexpensive manner. Go Brad.

dhgParticipantMr. Sparky. Talk to Wendy Lind. She and her husband own the business. They’ve been working in West Seattle for many years. 206.246.7123

PDieterParticipantI talked to Mark recently and he is simply swamped with work. He does try to get back to folks but he’s a one guy shop at this time.
June 11, 2013 at 2:32 pm #784366
BonnieParticipantThanks PDieter. I figured he was busy. Our renter in the condo is not very easy to work around her schedule either so it was probably tough to plan too.

speedproseattleMemberI HIGHLY recommend that you use Scott at Kinetic Electric. He is knowledgable, helpful, and always does what is best for you. Don’t look any further if you need an electrician. His phone number is (425) 766- 0961. Tell him Speedpro sent you!

karen1977MemberWe had a great experience with Mr Sparky too. I would highly recommend them!

charliesierraParticipant+1 for Brad Leff of Expert Electric; just had a great experience with him. brad@power-us.com, 206.890.0014. He’s a long-time West Seattle resident and he took extra pains on our tiny job to (a) fix the problem so it wouldn’t happen again and (b) make the work as inconspicuous as possible to keep the look and character of our old house. Very reasonable rates, and very quick response time from when I called him.
