wmaMemberA well respected Clinical Spa in West Seattle is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is an amazing opportunity to contribute to a growing business in the wellness and esthetic services industry. This a permanent full-time position, currently without medical benefits. This role is great for a technologically inclined candidate who is organized and motivated to perform administrative tasks and help plan and implement business development.
Responsibilities include:
-Administrative duties including but not limited to: scheduling appointments, managing phones and email, some billing/accounting/sale and Quickbook entries.
-Patient interaction: Greeting patients, preparing patients for treatment, ability to anticipate patient needs and respond accordingly. Schedule appointments and possess a “Let us help you with that” attitude.
-Organization: Must be detail oriented, ensure the clinic is clean, keep an eye on product inventory and ensure a pleasant patient experience.
-Marketing skills including: assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, manage social media efforts and e-mail programs, write and send monthly newsletters and promotions, and some event management.
Skills/Experience:
– 2 – 4 years of administrative experience, customer service (likes people), strong communication skills (oral + written), solid computer skills, self-motivated, problem solving skills and pleasant personality.
Preferred qualifications: accounting or marketing experience, familiar or fluent with Apple products, FaceBook, Quick Books data entry, Mail Chimp, prior experience or exposure to either medical clinic or spa.
Compensation: candidate will be compensated based on work experience. Profit sharing available to invested partner.
