Topic: Free Couch
My partner Joe and I–and our three rescue pets–currently live in a townhouse in the High Point neighborhood of West Seattle. We are looking to buy a house near the junction with a larger lot. If you might be interested in selling your home in a hassle-free way, we would love to chat with you.
We have lived in West Seattle since 2015 and it has always been our dream to live in a single-family home, walking distance to the Alaska Junction (we love the admiral junction too). We are at a point in our lives where we can make that happen, but there is such a shortage of inventory we have waited months and months for the right home to hit the market, with no luck. So we thought we would try unconventional means to see if anyone was interested in an easy, low stress off-market sale at market price. No need to hire a realtor, stage your home etc. We are no strangers to home renovations, so any condition is ok!
We both work in aviation and have lived in Seattle for well over a decade. Joe works in corporate communications for Boeing and I am a flight attendant for Alaska Airlines. We would love to make the area around the Junction our permanent residence.
If you are interested please reach out via text, call or e-mail. Thanks for reading!

I need to demolish and remove a 3-sided detached shed that’s been in my backyard for probably 40 or 50 years. I’m looking for someone with a chainsaw and enough demolition smarts to get the job done safely in one afternoon. The shed is about 4 feet deep, 12 feet wide, and 8 feet high. It’s mostly plywood and asphalt shingle roofing, with no foundation or anchoring to the ground.
