It is a Beautiful Morning indeed. The Birds are chirping. Its’ a warm and Sunny day and Liberals are in tears knowing how close they were to 4 more years of Lies and Corruption. Damn..! Hillary would have been a perfect replacement for the ” Most transparent Administration EVER “.
Obviously the truth isn’t a virtue that Liberals are burdened with because It’s not really necessary. Only the advancement of the Sick , Hate filled Liberal Ideology is what is important. The truth just gets in the way.
But, OOP’s .. America figured it out. Sorry.
Now we can go about exposing the OBama Administration for all of there Lies and Corruption also.
See Hillary was the ” Get out of Jail Free ” Card for the Administration. She was going to cover up all the Lies of the OBama administration from getting out. But now with that Blessed Angel from God. ” Wikileaks ” we are going to find out the Truth.
We have already learned that the scummy DNC and Obama orchestrated all of the Violence that the democrats were horrified by at Trump rallies. Yes, thats right !
Obama actually met. In person ( 42+ ) Times at the WH that guy that confessed on video Tape to arranging paid Operatives to go to Trump rallies and start fights. Oh the compassion…
OBamacare started as a Lie will now die its own painful death. The laughable and equally full of Lies ” Iran ” Deal will disappear. The FBI can come out of the closet of Fear that have been hiding in and testify to the Heavy Corruption.
So much is going to come out now it will be Hillarious.
It will be a shame that we won’t be able to continue to abandon our Vets at the V.A anymore or Trash all the police in this country as racists but i guess there will still be some jobs reserved for Liberals.
I on the other hand will be driving all of those Liberals that PROMISED ” to move to Canada if Trump was elected” to the border FREE OF CHARGE. Starting with the 3 members of the ” View “. ALL ABOARD !!!!!!!
    This is SO SWEET !

    Have Wonderful TRUMP DAY !!!

To whoever the inconsiderate neighbors are in Arbor Heights who keep setting off huge booming fireworks on every score, every game, every weekend of the Seahawks season, PLEASE KNOCK IT OFF!!!

My dog is terrified of these fireworks and his fear is just getting worse each weekend. Last night he was so terrified that he squeezed himself through a space under the porch and got himself stuck and unable to get back out. Probably needless to say I did not enjoy the process of getting him out from there. It is really a sad sight to see a 120 lb Akita cowering in fear after squeezing himself through an 8″ gap to hide. I really don’t know what kind of painful acrobatics he must have employed to actually get through there, and it was obviously something he couldn’t do again to get back out.

Look, I’m a HUGE Seahawks fan. I have enough Seahawks gear to dress in green and blue all week long. I have 12th Man flags. I dress my daughter and myself up every Blue Friday and every game day. However, I do my best to celebrate without scaring the crap out of every dog and veteran and baby in the neighborhood. Can whoever you are please please PLEASE do the same?

So, beyond just ranting.. what can be done? Does anyone know these people personally that can maybe grab their fireworks and throw them in a bathtub full of water? I know the police aren’t going to do anything. I personally don’t want to confront a drunk neighbor at the time it happens for fear of being assaulted, but at least that might get the police to respond. Any ideas? I’m thinking maybe flyers around the neighborhood and talking to all the neighbors I know, but I’m really at a loss beyond that. The bottom line is I, my family, and my dog cannot go on line this much longer. It is seriously disturbing us and is making me no longer enjoy game day. :( For the love of Seahawks, please stop?

The Stop N Shop is lucky to be the recipient of many donations from the community and we are looking forward to getting things priced appropriately and out on the sales floor. We need two “behind the scenes” volunteers that understand how to assess quality, brands, are savvy with using the internet to do research, and as a result, can price either clothing or house hold items appropriately. The proceeds provide financial support that keep the many wonderful programs running at the Senior Center of West Seattle. Days and hours are very flexible.

Please complete our online application at https://scws.typeform.com/to/DBaLgg or contact the Volunteer Coordinator, at 206-932-4044 or via email at jillk@soundgenerations.org to learn more!

J242: I can’t help you understand the complexities of business while you are pushing a baseless political narrative to prop up a deeply corrupt candidate. You ignored the words “after the fact” in my previous post. We shall soon see if the deceptive brainwashing strategies of the Clinton campaign have completed the track towards fundamentally changing America for the benefit of your beloved globalist establishment. I will have no pity for those who had the knowledge to change course, but rather chose an opulent government-funded fantasy over the reality of our national and international state of affairs. Good luck to you.

Join United Way’s Free Tax Prep Campaign in the Fight Against Poverty.
Volunteer at your neighborhood tax site.

We have a sites at YWCA Greenbridge and West Seattle Food Bank with open volunteer slots!

Every year in Washington State, low-and-middle income individuals and families struggle to pay the bills and keep food on the table. Tax time can make an unstable situation even worse. Not only is Washington’s tax system the most regressive in the nation, but predatory tax preparers can exploit people’s confusion around taxes, charging upwards of $300 for a tax return.

Maria, a single mother of two making $30,000 a year, has regularly had to choose between education, car repair, and dental care. But during the last tax season, she received a $3,000 refund, secured by Free Tax Campaign volunteers at absolutely no cost. This meant she didn’t have to choose between meeting only some of her basic needs.

Last year, the campaign helped over 21,750 community members file their taxes, bringing $29.1 million back to the community in tax refunds! This year, we’re hoping to make an even bigger impact but to do this, we need your help. Join our talented team of volunteers, receive training that boosts your skills, and help reach the people who need it most. No experience needed!

Dave: “If Trump had done anything criminal, he would have been in jail by now. Trump does not have the same government protections as Hilary Clinton.”

Don’t forget, he is actually being charged with criminal fraud over the Trump University boondoggle.
Plus he’s potentially going to face perjury charges on top of labor law violations over his use of undocumented polish workers and not paying them.
There’s the possibility of his violation of immigration laws, IRS rules (further fraud), bribery and more. Just because someone doesn’t serve time in no way means they are not criminal, especially when you have the hypothetically (yet still unproven) deep pockets and habit of over-suing like Trump.

Dave: “There are numerous situations where negotiation after the fact is just common practice. Your doctor, for instance, might send a bill to an insurance company for $30K knowing that it will be negotiated down to $22K or whatever by the insurance company. In another example, I was involved with a dot-com company years ago that negotiated a $500K legal bill down to $150K and some stock options.”

It seems that you do not recognize the difference between negotiation and refusal. Negotiating involves both parties as active participants in an exchange. That was not what happened repeatedly. Trump’s scenario is getting services at an agreed upon rate than saying “Nope”. It’s acting on the principle of “selling out his good faith” pure and simple. He’s robbed small businesses and independent workers left and right because he knows it would be much more costly for them to mount a legal suit (that they would win) against him to recoup the difference than to simply accept the lower amount. If you sign paperwork to do a job for $10,000 in good faith then they only pay you $7,500, even though all the conditions of the agreement were met, that’s theft and potentially fraud.

Your health care & start-up comparisons are not accurate because in the HCI scenario you are referring to specific legal options for people who can’t afford the full payment or have health care insurance which specifically works with in and out of network providers for the reduced cost to you. With the start up, stock was substituted in place of cash but is still remuneration. It is not the same as saying “Too bad, this is all I’m paying you”. How you are unable to understand the difference is beyond me.

“If Trump had done anything criminal, he would have been in jail by now. Trump does not have the same government protections as Hilary Clinton.”

What he did is not criminal as the “crimes” are only civil offenses and he was found to be guilty in that sense, repeatedly. Dozens upon dozens upon dozens of times.

I’ve read Hillary’s platform. I just mostly see a hodgepodge of initiatives for a bunch of different special interest groups to help get her elected. I don’t see a cohesive plan to improve this country for everyone. I suppose because she says it’s already a great county that doesn’t need changes–just more of the same. …More taxes, more regulation, more government … and more freebies to get people hooked on centralized government control. Have you bothered to read Trump’s platform?

Hillay’s platform reads like a recipe for disaster with all those programs orbiting around a central federal control structure. Essentially, the government takes huge amounts of money from citizens, and then re-distributes it in all sorts of well-intentioned little programs. This is Venezuela on steroids. The opportunities for costly mismanagement and corruption is enormous because it lacks direct accountability.

J242: It doesn’t seem like you have much more than a very basic understanding of business. There are numerous situations where negotiation after the fact is just common practice. Your doctor, for instance, might send a bill to an insurance company for $30K knowing that it will be negotiated down to $22K or whatever by the insurance company. In another example, I was involved with a dot-com company years ago that negotiated a $500K legal bill down to $150K and some stock options. That’s the way it works. Lawyers, doctors insurance companies, property developers and so-forth build negotiation into their respective business models. Business relationships of this nature are not like employment contracts. And yes, I have negotiated bills down after the fact with engineering and design clients many times and continued doing work for them. If Trump had done anything criminal, he would have been in jail by now. Trump does not have the same government protections as Hilary Clinton.

Dave: “You already posted that. So what? He didn’t pay some lawyers their entire bill. I hope he starts a trend. Most of them overcharge. Nobody is really worth $1000 an hour to do legal work.”

So, you’d be okay being hired to perform a service and have me say “Nah, I don’t think your work is worth what I already said I would pay you. Even though you totally delivered above and beyond what I asked for, I’m only paying you 75 cents on the dollar. Deal with it.” to you? I highly doubt that. There’s also a reason I’m re-posting, you don’t seem to understand that he regularly operates in bad faith. He does not have ethical business standards and he’s not very successful compared to his peers or anyone with an index funds investment.

    http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2016/07/trump-files-donald-sued-other-people-named-trump

You should check some of the 100+ reports they link to.

“Find something relevant to discuss. This is boring.”

Something relevant? How is the fact that he’s been successfully sued repeatedly for his business and personal failures not relevant to the fact that your candidate of choice is morally, ethically and professionally devoid of merit? That IS the point. Our POTUS is the highest representative of our country and if his campaign has to take away his Twitter access to keep him from personally insulting even more people that is not a good spokesperson for our nation.

cD, your response to JanS about Trump’s relationship with his lenders indicates either you didn’t read the article she provided, or didn’t understand it. The notion that “he already has the money” is simply wrong, glaringly wrong, incomprehensibly wrong. The point is that he is a huckster. So much so that his sources for providing funding are increasingly dwindling. So much so that he is reliant on earning fees for using his brand name to others who actually have real money to invest in projects. Even that has faltered in the aftermath of his deplorable campaign which has led investors in several Trump Hotel projects to seek to remove his name from the property.

I truly hope you didn’t read the article. Otherwise, we are left of come to conclusions about your reading comprehension. Mmmm, given your acceptance of Mr. d’Souza as a credible source of anything, I am left to refer to my comments on redblack’s thread about sources.

Please provide some feedback on Kennedy High School. Would be nice to see some from parents and students as well as long time residents. I’ve read that it is a big of a party school. The online reviews from students almost seem so plentiful that it makes it appear that the school solicits the students to write them. If you know of someone else’s experience there, I’d like to hear that as well. Thanks

JansS: Why is the health of the lender of any consequences to Trump’s companies if he already has the money? I am pretty sure the loan terms would have been established when the loan was drawn. Do I care about the financial health of my mortgage lender? No. If they fail, then I just pay my payments to whomever takes over the loan. Who cares? I don’t owe any allegiance to banks or credit card companies just because I use them.

J242: You already posted that. So what? He didn’t pay some lawyers their entire bill. I hope he starts a trend. Most of them overcharge. Nobody is really worth $1000 an hour to do legal work. Why is it ok for doctors to always get their invoices cut down by the insurance companies? Find something relevant to discuss. This is boring.

    Captain Dave..

first link.. op ed piece by “Former Wonkette editor; current vagrant”
second link sources Clinton Cash … which has been pretty much debunked
third link. there is no there there.. worst you can say is that some things look bad
oh. and you should be aware that if anyone roots around in your dirty laundry sooner or later they will find an embarrassing stain…third link.. another opinion piece with lots of allegations referencing an investigation in which no charges were filed…

apparently.. if anyone said it anywhere.. or even hinted at it.. it’s true?

and your answer to politifact’s analysis of her truthfulness … which you must not have read because if you had you would have found it contained categories like mostly true covering “technical accuracy” … is to say you don’t believe it therefore she is a liar.

i get that you don’t believe anyone who tells you anything you don’t want to hear
but will believe anyone who tells you something that you want to hear
but that doesn’t make any of it truth…

what makes something truth is evidence..

    schools out

i really want to thank you for convincing so many people how important it was to get out there and vote in this election.. if only to stop this kind of “reasoning” from becoming our new national standard.

I read somewhere this morning that 44+% of Seattle voters have turned in their ballots… i am hoping that will at least double by the end of the day tomorrow.

    Captain Dave..
Trump doesn’t pay his loans back. he bankrupts…
And Trumps loans have international roots.. some of which aren’t going to want to follow the dictates of an American bankruptcy court…

but hey.. why should you worry? Trump would never lie, cheat, steal or try to wiggle out of his obligations … except.. he has a proven track record of doing exactly that.

somehow i think giving him America as a business bargaining chip wouldn’t turn out so well for us.. it sure didn’t turn out well for the businesses that invested in him.. you know those little guys you keep going on about.. but don’t really care so much about.. “Much of the time, everyone eventually gets paid–just not as fast as the loan contracts specify.”.. You forgot to add or as much… and if they can’t afford an attorney to represent them they are unlikely to get paid at all..

it’s ok to cheat them and employees and… and.. and…

    that’s business?

Captain Dave.. Hillary has had mentors who were supposedly communists and some who were far right conservatives.. does that make her anything expect someone who is willing to learn viewpoints she doesn’t share?

yet.. there you go painting her with a brush that is farther removed than Trump’s dad and granddad..
and with far less evidence of their influence…

I do wonder what happened to studying history.. and where the history of Hillary’s criminal acts is actually recorded… lots and lots of allegations but in the end they are like the latest email scandal. all smoke and no fire.. Oooops

After analyzing all of her campaign speeches Politifact rated her the most honest of all of the politicians running for President..

I am not sure if you will ever figure out that accusing someone of something doesn’t make it true.. but i have hope.. even for you.
