We live in the Osborn Condos in West Seattle. We are moving and have tons of great household goods, but unable to hold a garage sale in a condo building. Offer to anyone in West Seattle holding a garage sale–would you like to add our items to your garage sale? We could split the proceeds with you 50/50. You are welcome to price the items as you see fit and accept whatever price you think is fair items.
The items are mostly smaller items not worth posting individually on Market place….binoculars, 20+ nice picture frames (some brand new), wooded photo box, glass art, lamps, laundry baskets, flower pots, Ikea serving trey, coffee press, leather folio, wireless mouse, computer monitor, nice men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, hats / gloves, wine rack, umbrellas, tall kitchen trash can (clean), office supplies, office carpet floor matt, books, fluffy blanket, and much more. All nice items from a clean, non-smoking home.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the Seattle area for occasional in-person needs–and would love to have someone in West Seattle)
Compensation: $25+/hour, depending on experienceHeartwood Law is a growing, client-centered estate planning, long-term care planning, and probate firm dedicated to helping individuals and families plan for life, not just for death. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate individual to join our team part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week) to assist with preparing estate planning portfolios, handling client intake, and providing thoughtful client follow-up.
This is a remote position, but occasional in-person work may be requested depending on client needs. Candidates must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet access.
Responsibilities
• Assemble and prepare estate planning portfolios for delivery
• Track and manage client deliverables and deadlines
• Conduct initial client intake, including scheduling, form review, and preparation for attorney meetings
• Follow up with clients post-meeting to confirm next steps and gather missing information
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
• Support occasional administrative tasks related to trust funding or file organization
Requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Comfortable using cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRMs)
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• Previous experience in legal, administrative, or client service roles is a plus
• Familiarity with estate planning or probate is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person

206-931-5853Looking for someone who loves to run and loves to talk about running. You don’t need anything but a passion for the sport, we will teach you everything else. A retail background would be great, but it isn’t necessary. Your job will be to sell shoes and apparel, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and help customers find the right product. Be able to start and hold a conversation, as that is basic skill for sales. Shy, wall flower types will probably not like the atmosphere, as we require you to start and maintain customer interactions.
We are looking for a full time person 30-40 hours a week, this position will include one weekend day at least. These are long term positions, at least 6 months or longer, as it takes a while to get trained and able to be help customers independently. Pay starts at $20.00 but is negotiable based on experience. We also offer bonuses based on store sales. PTO accumulation starts the day you start. We also have an employee discount, and a separate family discount. Free race entries for all races we sponsor, and it’s a pretty cool atmosphere to work in, as most customers are happy to be here.Please drop off a resume in person at the store. The interview will be done during a 3 mile run, so if you get called back, be ready to tell us your favorite 3 mile route! Don’t worry about pace, we will keep it slow (11-12 minute miles) so we can chat.
