There is a condo across from the Fire station 37, 35th Holden. I saw contractors digging behind my property and they said they are laying cables for 5G
There are 2 towers on top of the roof of the condo.
Q: is it legal for ATT to install those towers?
Q: Can I sue, I live across the condo?
Q: Isn’t there a compensation for homeowners living close to the condo?
Q: There is so much noise , fan noise coming out from the ventilation…why is there a cooling system for the towers?Any info is appreciated.
ThanksMany of our troubled children are lacking hope and vision for their future and many times this condition is strictly related to their parents’ incomes. Children in poverty tend to not have their parents around as much because they are busy working too many jobs to support their family and can’t afford childcare. I would love to help those kids. I teach piano, bass and guitar and am willing to teach kids (if they do their homework every week) for free if it will help (and only in this vein) the child to have hope, joy, and goals that mean something to them. I feel music education is very helpful in brain development, many studies having proved this point. I feel musicians will enjoy music through all phases of life as it is a life-skill and takes years to master. I have a lot of experience and a lot to teach and would like to use these skills to help my community become mentally healthier. For our troubled children that are serious about having a happy life, I am here for them in White Center. Michael DeVore Music Lessons…White Center Google map me. LOL

I found a galaxy LG phone in the street at 63rd and Beach Drive this morning. It had been run over but still turned on. Unfortunately the screen is cracked right over the last 4 digits of the “if found call” phone number. The phone has a clear pinkish case with a hatch pattern on the back and says “tech 21.” I will also be calling t-mobile to see if there’s another way to get it back to its owner
I’ve recently had a general contractor install a Midea mini split in my house. Unfortunately it turns out that most HVAC technicians only service Mitsubishi and Daikin systems, and this GC only knows a single technician — he lives far away, is always busy, and I haven’t been able to get him to come out for several weeks now.
To make matters worse, they made some errors during the installation, and I had to bring in another technician to help resolve them. Specifically, the electrical wiring was not done right. That’s resolved now and the second technician said it should be fine, but the air output still feels weak. There’s a mini split head in a basement room that is quite powerful — that’s clearly working fine — and an attic slim ducted unit powering several vents in the main space. The attic unit is the one I have concerns about. Midea support has verified that it’s fine for the square footage, but the air flow is quite weak. You have to put your hand right up to the vents to feel it.
I’m hoping to find a reliable technician who would be able to verify that everything is working up to specs, and test the system to confirm that it will be adequate for the Winter. It would also be nice to know someone who can do any routine maintenance or repairs in the future.
