Buses are available to students that live more than (one or one & half?) miles away. Some students also take Metro. This last year there was no after school program until late in the year because the YMCA pulled out due to lack of funding. Tutoring started back up, and hopefully the framework will be more consistent when school starts in the Fall, but the programs don’t usually start until October. There are also sports and an activity bus, that start up after a few weeks and more info would be available from the school before all of those start.
If you do not receive information about a bus route offered to you, during the summer, call Transportation at the district. The school will have less information about that than transportation will.
