mondae is a West Seattle–based architecture and interiors practice seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our small and collaborative team.
We specialize in high-end residential design, focusing on natural materials, thoughtful composition, and timeless vernacular details. Our work is primarily in the Pacific Northwest, with select projects across the country. As a young and growing studio, we’re excited to start building a tight-knit, long-term team.
Position: The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience spanning all phases of design, along with the ability to navigate residential building codes, permitting, and construction drawing sets. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and Rhino. Revit knowledge is not required.
We are looking for someone with strong design sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
This is a hybrid role that will start hourly, with a clear path toward a full-time salaried position.
