    UPDATE – REUNITED

Posting for a reader: “I lost my wallet in West Seattle. Last known location would either be at the QFC in west Seattle or somewhere between LA Fitness and West of Chicago pizza.”

It’s interesting that all of these responses say “contact me” but none of them include either contact information – or qualifications.

Can anyone suggest a good female chiropractor in the area? West Seattle is great and I’m not limited to WS if there is a one nearby. Thanks

I’m a stay-at-home-mom with a 2yo daughter seeking part-time work in West Seattle. I have nannied for a family since my daughter and their daughter was about 9 months old, but due to financial struggles, I am looking for work again. I’m available to work full days Mondays thru Wednesdays and afternoons on Thursdays and Fridays; my daughter attends co-op preschool Th/Fri mornings. I’m open to being a nanny, family helper, household assistant, and/or pet sitter; all positions in which my daughter will be with me. She can be a wonderful playmate. My home in the High Point neighborhood is an option (but not required), if you’re looking for peace and quiet at your home. As a nanny, my hourly rate for 1 child (excluding my own) is $25/hr. You can find me on Care.com. I am happy to meet in-person to chat or answer any questions, if you’d like. Thank you for considering me.

I found mail strewn in front of my house this morning. It’s wet and it’s been run over a few times, but it’s still intact. It’s all for residents of a building on 60th Ave SW. If you live there, and your name is Ashley, Mya, Kiana, Jose, Brandi, Kyle, or Molly, I have some of your mail. For Ashley, Mya, Brandi, and Molly, it’s junk mail, but Kiana, Jose, and Kyle have at least one bill or bank statement in the pile.

I am looking for a dog sitter for my three dogs (beagle, coonhound, pittie mix) for the week of Christmas (Saturday night to Saturday morning). I’m located near the Birdhouse and would like someone to stay at my place to watch them. No walks required (they have a dog door). They are kennel trained for meal times and when you are gone from the house. Please email me if interested: kristenankeny@hotmail.com

If you or a neighbor has a ring doorbell, congrats, you are now being scanned into a database and all your movements are being tracked by the company “flock safety” that added ai to ring doorbells. but not just you, every car thar drives by. And everybody on foot will also be scanned into the nationwide ai database, stripping away your rights to privacy, more and more, the longer the ring doorbell stays up. It can recognize patterns in when you come and go from your home and loads of other privacy invasive tactics. Do you want this in your neighborhood? Spread awareness about this to your friends, family and others. Copy this message or screenshot it to send to other groups, chats etc. Fight for your freedom to walk outside without surveilance

Missing -> 3 birthday cards (nice ones with plastic around them) in a small CVS Health plastic bag (from CVS Health store on California Ave. SW). My relative was on foot and put them inside coat pocket after purchasing and somehow didn’t make it into pocket safely enough to walk home (or partially and then fell out while walking).

That’s definitely concerning if those issues actually happened, but the salsa night itself is more about the community than the business. A lot of people just go to enjoy the music, connect, and support local dancers.

Hopefully the organizers make sure everything behind the scenes is handled properly, because events like this really do bring people together.

Hello neighbors! A bright red mountain bike was stolen from our garage this morning between approximately 6:45 AM and 7:15 AM.
If you live on or near 30th Ave SW and have any video or photo footage from that time frame, could you please take a quick look for anyone driving off with a bike or riding/walking a bike? We’re on a steep hill, so the person may have either sped downhill or been walking it uphill.
Any information or footage you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your help!

I recently had my roof moss cleaned by Hal Bennett Window, Gutter & Roof Cleaning and they did a solid job. Fair pricing and very professional. Might be worth giving them a call if you’re still looking.

I will never give my money to a business that disrespects their employees by not paying them. I’m surprised they found someone who would lease to them after they were evicted from their previous location for failure to pay rent. Are you seeing a pattern here?
