Looking for someone who loves to run and loves to talk about running. You don’t need anything but a passion for the sport, we will teach you everything else. A retail background would be great, but it isn’t necessary. Your job will be to sell shoes and apparel, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and help customers find the right product. Be able to start and hold a conversation, as that is basic skill for sales. Shy, wall flower types will probably not like the atmosphere, as we are a talkative, engaging group that likes customer interactions.
We are looking for someone to work Thursdays and Fridays, and possibly Saturday & Sunday. Up to 28 hours if you want, but as few as 16. Pay starts at $18.69 but is negotiable. We also offer bonuses based on store sales. PTO accumulation starts the day you start. We also have an employee discount, and a separate family discount.

Please drop off a resume in person at the store. We do not respond to emailed resumes unless we have directed you to send it.

Interviews start next week. If you have questions, please drop in and ask them.

I have been donating at the LDS site for a while and as recently as last week. They do ask that you schedule appointments in advance so as not to have people hanging around in the space. Everyone is masked, and there is adequate social distancing throughout the process. While we all have different comfort levels, I felt safe in the environment – likely as safe as you’d feel at any donation center.

We’re new-ish to West Seattle and need some work done on our home. I’m also new to WSB, so apologies in advance if this post is misguided. Specifically, I’m looking for:

    2) Arborist to identify, estimate and perform work that will need to be done to prune and maintain various trees
    3) General contractor to finish buttering out some quick set to a newly installed drain in the driveway, as well as to have on-call for several upcoming projects–some involving drainage

No one should be throwing anything on sidewalks or right-of-ways, whether it be food, cigarette butts, or other trash. It may be questionable to do it in your own yard, but that’s the only place it is allowable. And it’s not crows, pigeons, or gulls that benefit – it’s rats.

Blackpointwoody is correct. It is a simple fix. I was going to offer myself but on second thought you would probly b more comfortable having a certified professional understandably. Just be sure not to get charged a billion dollars for a quick task that anybody with half a brain could complete.
