  Another good reason e-bikes and peddle bikes should be registered and licensed so as to make it a little easier to find their owner.

    To clarify, this is NOT an e-bike.  It does not have pedals.  It’s an electric motorcycle. It is to an e-bike what a Honda is to a Huffy. All the same motorcycle laws already apply to it.  To be operated in the street it already needs a plate and motorcycle endorsement. Licensing bicycles would be an overreaction to how people are treating e-motorcycles.

      In theory yes, but I see them all the time on West Marginal without plates & passing me at ridiculous speeds.
