Thanks for all the recs! Via craigslist I found a store down in Federal Way that is selling bedroom sets at more than 50% off (normally $1900 selling for $800) so we’ll probably go check that out.

@PDieter: that’s a lovely bed, but a 9 year old boy would trash it in short order. :D
